Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"It was a busy lunch hour when we just arrived without reservation. They told us that need to do a reservation, but we were lucky to have a seating for our late lunch. Very kind service and food are amazing."
"Perfect service, very respectful staff. They managed to find us a table even though we were traveller's we passed by the restaurant without reservation. The food was big portion of sea food and we couldn't even finish it. The wine was good. The whole atmosphere was very nice and calming."
"Had the sharing 'Pirate Platter' of 2 whole lobsters, shrimp (2 types), mussels, scallops, crabs legs. Excellent.. More than enough for two of us. Accompanied by a lovely Pinot Grigio ($35)from a vineyard literally 5 minutes drive from the restaurant. Pouding chômeur (welfare pudding :) white cake with real maple syrup sauce.. Price of platter was high but worth it for our first trip to the Gaspé peninsula."
"Amazing seafood dishes. The lobsters are very good and juicy. I got the boiled one. Next time I will try the grilled one. They have a nice variety of shrimps and I recommend the local crispy shrimps. The seafood chowder is out of this world, better than the New England chowders. The rice on the other hand is good but not amazing. Note: the pace at will show you how to crack the lobster"
"Great experience, great food, amazing service. The best gourmet experience during our trip to Canada. Everything was absolutely delicious! Highly recommended! THX."
"Simply amazing, we were visiting from out of town and was unaware we needed reservations, but they accommodated us and welcomed our group of 6, service is top notch and food is amazing"
"Great spot right by the St. Lawrence River with amazing views. We ordered the $149 seafood platter for two — the portion was generous and everything was fresh. Excellent value for the price. Highly recommend for seafood lovers!"
"Drove from from Montreal hungry, and so glad we found this place. Each plate is filled to the brim with seafood. Took the lobster club, delicious and worth every dollar, service and view were great too. Look forward to coming back."
